Senior Functional Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with strong experience in Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), enterprise integration, microservices, and requirements analysis. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and application teams, translating business requirements into clear functional specifications and supporting successful implementation and testing. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Define events, workflows, data flows, use cases, and integration requirements. Work closely with architects and developers on EDA and integration solutions. Prepare functional documentation, process flows, data models, and integration documents. Support event-driven workflows, system integration, and business process mapping. Lead and coordinate UAT, including test scenarios, test cases, validation, and defect tracking. Work with QA and business teams to identify and resolve functional issues. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to documentation standards and process improvements.
