Job Description
The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for identifying, navigating, and qualifying high-value B2B opportunities across global landscapes. This role requires a proactive hunter mindset with a foundational understanding of selling IT services, positioning our capabilities in AI Consulting Data Analytics alongside our core
software
development and staffing models. You will utilize modern
sales
automation tools to execute localized market penetration strategies, build multi-regional client pipelines, and initiate executive-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Market Execution Portfolio Positioning
Multi-Regional Execution Execute tailored business development campaigns to capture market share across target regions, including the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and the GCC.
Portfolio Positioning Learn and articulate the business value of our expanded portfolio, helping drive interest in AI Consulting (GenAI integration, LLMs, workflow automation) and Data Analytics (Business Intelligence, predictive modeling, data engineering).
2. Lead Generation Pipeline Management
Target and engage key decision-makers (Managers, Directors, and VPs of Technology/IT Procurement) within mid-market and enterprise accounts globally.
Utilize
sales
intelligence and outbound automation tools to build and maintain a robust, high-yielding outbound
sales
pipeline across multiple time zones.
Manage the early-to-mid stages of the
sales
lifecycle, including initial outreach, lead qualification, pitching, and supporting senior leadership through negotiation and closure.
3. Solution Engineering Client Engagement
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to help gather requirements for technical proposals, RFPs, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
Coordinate and participate in high-impact product/service presentations and customized demonstrations for prospective clients.
Assist with post-sale relationship frameworks to support client retention and identify early opportunities for upselling and cross-selling core IT services.
4. Market Intelligence Brand Support
Monitor global tech shifts, competitor pricing strategies, and emerging demands within the AI, cloud, and data ecosystems to help refine
sales
messaging.
Represent Elementz IT Services at international expos, tech conferences, webinars, and regional corporate networking forums as needed.
Required Technical Proficiency (
Sales
Marketing Tool Stack)
CRM Management Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM,
Sales
force, or Zoho CRM to accurately manage deal stages and ensure clean data entry.
Prospecting Tools Experience using LinkedIn
Sales
Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or Lusha to map out target accounts and identify verified decision-makers.
Outbound Automation Familiarity with outbound
sales
automation and sequencing tools (e.g., Lemlist, Outreach,
Sales
loft, or similar).
Communication Collaboration Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, Slack, and MS Teams/Zoom to run smooth, professional remote client demos.
AI Tools Familiarity with utilizing AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper.ai) to research global industries and personalize outreach messages at scale.
Required Skills Experience
Experience 2 to 4 years of proven track record in international IT services business development, inside
sales
, or technology lead generation.
Global Awareness Foundational understanding of buyer personas, procurement habits, and cross-cultural business etiquette across the US, UK, European, APAC, and GCC corporate sectors.
Communication Strong command over written and verbal English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business language.
Work Ethic Highly driven to work independently, meet sharp targets, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones.
Contracts Basic familiarity with the structure of international
software
service agreements, SLAs, and data protection clause
