Job Description
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Support new employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
