Student Counsellor

We are seeking a Student Counsellor to manage prospective student interactions and drive enrollments for the GameCraft program. The role requires a balance of advisory skills and sales orientation, with a focus on understanding student needs and guiding them toward appropriate learning pathways. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings Assess student interests, goals, and suitability for the GameCraft program Present program offerings, curriculum structure, and career outcomes clearly and accurately Drive conversions from inquiries to enrollments through structured counselling and follow-ups Address queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion processes
