Job Description
Manage the selection process for project based / internal positions, including requisition management, development of recruitment strategy and candidate selection.
Develop and maintain recruiting sources to ensure adequate flow of qualified resumes for candidate
selection to meet job opening needs.
Screening and conducting the first round of interviews and forwarding the most suitable candidates to the Hiring Manager for further evaluation.
Aptitude with internet search techniques Boolean Search
Provide daily/weekly reports on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions including outreach and response for each position as needed.
Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing and selection
processes/ practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle.
Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the project job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements.
Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
Maintaining tracker and database with open positions and closing them within deadline.
Take ownership of Candidates Clients follow-up by designing and managing it
Developing job postings and position requirements
Assess applicant s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Try his/her best in achieving the minimum required submissions and above on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
Be consistent in performance and motivate the junior team members so that overall team productivity is improved.
Be self-motivated and work independently on multiple activities, priorities and adapt to changing conditions
Be able to handle allocated client accounts and interact with client POC s if need arises.
