Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder coordination, and solution validation, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and implemented effectively by technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Discovery Requirements Gathering Analysis
Attend client discovery calls and demos alongside the Strategic Business Director or Sales Customer Success Executive
Capture and document business needs, workflows, and functional expectations
Clarify objectives, use cases, and customer challenges early in the sales cycle
Translate discussions into structured requirement notes or actionable briefs
Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, workflows, and data
Develop clear and comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user stories
Estimate effort, resources, and timelines for analysis activities
Stakeholder Client Management
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Lead client meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions
Facilitate regular status calls and meetings with clients
Communicate requirements, updates, risks, and action items clearly and effectively
Proposal Technical Input Support
Contribute the technical and functional sections of proposals, SOWs, capability decks, and solution documentation
Provide supporting material such as feature breakdowns, workflow references, screenshots, or demo visuals
Coordinate with PMs, Product Teams, and Solutions Architects to validate effort, timelines, and scope
Ensure documentation libraries, templates, and proposal-related assets remain current and accurate
Project Support Delivery Alignment
Work closely with Project Managers and Development teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation
Support development teams with functional clarifications during build and defect-fix phases
Continuously engage during development to validate solutions against requirements
Assign and coordinate tasks related to analysis activities
Monitor project progress and support issue resolution
Process Improvement Solution Evaluation
Analyse data, metrics, and business performance indicators
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Propose practical and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives
Document business processes and workflows using standard modelling techniques
Solution Scoping Technical Documentation
Develop preliminary solution outlines, scope summaries, and feature mappings
Create draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) or Functional Specifications (FSDs) when required
Produce workflow diagrams, wireframes, or configuration concepts with support from designer team when needed (e.g., using Figma, Lucidchart, Visio)
Align proposed solutions with product capabilities and delivery feasibility in coordination with PMO
Demo Support Client Workshops
Assist in tailoring and preparing demos based on client requirements
Support solution walkthroughs by demonstrating functionality, workflows, or configuration concepts
Capture questions, required modifications, and follow-up actions from demos or workshops
Provide functional clarity to the Sales Customer Success Executive and Product Delivery teams
Collaboration with Sales, Marketing Technical Teams
Work with the Sales Customer Success Executive to align scope, requirements, and customer expectations
Provide technical input to marketing collateral when showcasing system workflows or configurations
Support design and content teams with diagrams, Figma links, functionality clarifications, or feature visuals
Coordinate early solution feasibility with PMO, developers, and product architects
Testing Implementation Support
Support UAT and functional testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
Validate delivered features against defined requirements and quality standards
Participate in system implementation, rollout, and post-implementation support
Risk Management Reporting
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues
Develop mitigation and contingency plans in collaboration with stakeholders
Prepare and present status reports, analysis findings, and recommendations to senior management and clients
Leadership Mentorship
Provide guidance, review, and mentorship to junior Business Analysts
Promote best practices in requirement management and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement of BA processes and templates
