Delivery Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with 7 years of experience to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, proven project delivery expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role involves end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving technical and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Management Plan, execute, and deliver multiple technical projects successfully. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality. Ensure adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs. Team Leadership Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams. Foster collaboration, innovation, and a high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and effectively. Technical Oversight Work closely with architects and engineers to define technical solutions. Provide inputs on architecture, design, and implementation strategies. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and frameworks. Implement best practices in software development and project delivery. Risk Issue Management Proactively identify delivery risks and define mitigation strategies. Resolve technical and operational challenges in a timely manner.
