Key Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and research new business opportunities through market analysis, online research, and networking.
Assist in engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and support the presentation of suitable solutions.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and other presales materials.
Help maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead-generation and outreach strategies.
Maintain and update lead and client data in CRM systems.
Track sales activities and assist in reporting on sales metrics and performance against targets.
