Department Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Sales Division Job Location Thiruvananthapuram Salary Package 35,000 40,000 per month Performance-Based Incentives Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and manage the sales operations of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Section. The role involves developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, driving admissions and revenue growth, and expanding business opportunities in the EV training domain. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales and counseling teams Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management Build strong relationships with partners, institutions, and corporate clients Identify new market opportunities in the EV training and mobility sector Coordinate with marketing, training, and admin teams for smooth operations Eligibility Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with leadership exposure Prior experience in EV, automobile, education, or training sales preferred Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills Target-oriented mindset with excellent analytical abilities
