We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Patient Care / Home Nurse / Caretaker to provide daily care and assistance to patients at home or in a care facility. The role involves helping patients with personal hygiene, mobility, medication support, and basic health monitoring while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, sugar levels) Assist with medication reminders as prescribed by doctors Support patient mobility (walking, wheelchair support, physiotherapy assistance) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient area and equipment Assist elderly, disabled, or post-surgery patients with routine care Report any changes in patient condition to family members or medical staff Provide emotional support and companionship Follow safety and infection-control procedures For nurses basic wound care, injections, catheter care (if trained)
