Automobile Industry Supervisor Location Coimbatore, GKR Nagar Chinniyampalayam Experience Required Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in automobile workshop supervision or related roles Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible Automobile Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations for premium vehicles. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and he ability to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of technicians, painters, tinkerers, and polishing staff Ensure all service and repair work meets quality standards and timelines Manage job allocation, workflow, and manpower planning Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and cleanliness Conduct quality checks and final inspection before vehicle delivery Coordinate with customers and management on job status and requirements Monitor tools, materials, and inventory usage Train and mentor junior staff and technicians Required Skills Strong technical knowledge of automobile repair and service processes Ability to lead and motivate a team Good communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge for job card and record maintenance Customer-handling experience preferred Working Hours 9 00 AM 7 00 PM Salary Range 20,000 30,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Benefits Opportunity to work with premium and luxury vehicles Contact 82207 99923
