Responsibilities 
Outbound Calls  Initiate outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of introducing our products or services.
Product Knowledge  Develop a strong understanding of the features and benefits of the products or services offered to effectively communicate with customers.
Lead Generation  Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, warm calling, and other lead generation activities.
Customer Engagement  Engage with customers professionally and persuasively to build rapport and establish trust
Sales Pitches  Deliver compelling sales pitches to highlight the value proposition and unique selling points of our products or services.
Objection Handling  Address customer concerns and objections effectively, providing information and solutions to close sales.
Sales Targets  Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
CRM Management  Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Follow-Up  Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration  Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
