Key Responsibilities 
Accounting Responsibilities 
Bookkeeping 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record day-to-day transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Financial Reporting 
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Accounts Payable and Receivable 
Manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Budgeting 
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze budget variances.
Bank Reconciliation 
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
Tax Compliance 
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Administrative Responsibilities 
Office Management 
Oversee general office operations and maintenance.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment.
Travel and Accommodation 
Arrange travel logistics for staff, including bookings and accommodations.
Manage travel-related expenses and reimbursements.
Communication 
Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Meeting Coordination 
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when required.
HR Support 
Assist in basic human resources tasks, such as onboarding and record-keeping.
Maintain employee files and documentation.
Facility Management 
Ensure the proper functioning of office facilities and equipment.
