Must have 
Experience in client handling and interaction.
Experience in lead generation .
Key Requirements 
Minimum experience should be 3 Years and Maximum experience should be 10 years into Business development for recruitment domain, Presales, Sales, Client handling, Client presentations, Client Account development   Management, Sales Lead and Lead generation.
Job Responsibilities 
Pre-sales Activities  Assisting with Sales proposals, Tender responses and Product demonstration to prospective clients. 
Identifying new sales leads. 
Pitching products and/or services. 
Maintaining relationships with existing clients. 
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. 
Researching the needs of other companies. 
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. 
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays 
Developing quotes and proposals. 
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. 
Strong communication and presentation Skills. 
.In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events. 
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. 
Attention to detail. 
Excellent time management.
