Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
Enabling effective coordination amongst team members specialized for stockist management, retailer management
Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
Distribution Management Billing, stocks   Collections
Ensuring Product Awareness, Visibility   Merchandising
Proficient in reading MIS and Monitoring Sales Report 
Managing CFA
Analyzing and handling Competition and competitor activities.
Resolving Customer Complaints and grievances
Training, Leading   motivating the Cluster Sales Manager/Team
Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats.
Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with zonal HR for the same.
